Mandelic acids are larger molecules compared to mandelic acid, therefore they provide a more superficial and gentle peeling effect than glycolic acid. They can be applied to all skin types, including Rosacea (rosy disease). It is an ideal chemical peeling for fine lines, Acne-Rosacea, Pigmentation, and acne applications. It has antibacterial and antiseptic properties.

Although mandelic acids penetrate the skin less deeply due to their larger molecules, they provide a strong peeling effect because they have a lower pH value compared to glycolic acids.
